How much does candidate placement cost?
We charge a percentage of the candidate’s annual salary (between 25–30%) for a successful placement. However, we understand that every company’s situation is different, so we are open to various approaches. Just ask us about retained search, more flexible arrangements, interim solutions, or consulting projects.
What happens if a candidate resigns?
If someone resigns within the first few months, we will find a replacement free of charge. The exact timeframe depends on the company and the position.
Where are the candidates located?
About 97% of our candidates are already in Germany. Our approach is local and personal. If you are looking to hire candidates from abroad, there are probably better options available!
