How much does a candidate placement cost?
We receive a percentage of the candidates' annual salary (between 25-30%) in the event of a successful placement. However, we know that the situations of companies are different and are therefore open to different approaches. Just talk to us about retained search, more flexible approaches, interim solutions or consulting projects.
What happens if the candidate resigns?
If someone cancels within the first few months, we'll find a replacement free of charge. The time frame depends on the company and the position itself.
Where are the candidates?
Around 97% of candidates are already in Germany. Our approach is local and personal. If you're looking to hire candidates from abroad, there are probably better options!
